With the stroke of a pen, he makes it official: Rommel Caballero "The Legacy" is now signed to Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions. The 19 year old boxer accepted the 5 year contract on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. This comes after several exciting undercard bouts Rommel won at Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California this year. Rommel is the youngest of the Caballero brothers. He's brother to Randy "El Matador" Caballero, boxer Ryan Caballero, and to Robert Caballero the eldest brother. The Legacy is trained by Lee Espinoza and managed by his father Marcos.
